Regular Orders:
- Change of Trail? Cancel with Ease: For non-preorder, regular orders, you have the freedom to cancel your unshipped go-kart. If you've opted for assembly, we will retain part or all of the assembly fees, as your kart now stands ready for adventure, but less protected in our wilderness warehouse.
Pre-Order Cancellations:
- Early Bird Rethink? Store Credit Awaits: If you decide to cancel your pre-order before our cargo reaches our base (container arrival at our dock), we'll transform your deposit into store credit, redeemable across our family of brands - DenaliPure.com, Infinisia.com, CanadaMailers.ca, or MudBeast.ca.
