Trail-Tested, Yours Forever: Once your go-kart or its parts hit the trails, they're yours for the journey. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on items that have taken on the adventure.
Uncharted Territory Returns: If your go-kart or its parts remain in unexplored territory (unopened/unused), we're open to considering their return within 30 days. Remember, opening the box marks the start of your ownership adventure.
Time Limit for Returns:
Return Expedition Window: You have 30 days from purchase to consider if your unopened go-kart is the right fit for your off-road escapades. Past 30 days, your journey with it is set in stone.
Eligibility for a Return:
